Youth Vision SA exists to resource and support the youth ministries of Churches of Christ in SA and NT.

We have been on a bit of a journey recently, asking – what does it mean to be a part of youth vision? What does belonging to youth vision actually involve?

This is what we believe it means:

• It means being committed to your local church community
• It means being committed to following Jesus
• It means being committed to young people
• It means being committed to working together as a family of churches

We are aware that in asking people to commit to those things we are actually asking people to do something that is quite counter cultural.

Recently I’ve been listening to Mark Sayers talking about culture and how our understanding of ourselves shapes how we behave as Christians. The slideshow below are some thoughts about where I believe we are at, recorded at our Youth Vision membership night, Feburary 2010.
